Running hypo, at lest 1.0009 or lower, doesn't kill off gill flukes, only fresh water dips or bath will, and then neither will kill the eggs. Running hypo for ich may work but for gill flukes, is just a waste of time.

Great article regarding hypo as the best treatment for Neobenedenia flatworm (flukes), prazipro does not work based on this article and my own experience.

EFFECTIVELY KILLING FLUKES
To summarize, the best method for killing Neobenedenia skin flukes is to employ a hyposalinity treatment (<15ppt) for an adequate enough period of time (7+ days) so as to ensure that zero eggs or adults can survive.
