Lets see those sumpless tanks!

Here is my simple 55 gallon mixed reef tank.

No sump, no skimmer, no refugium, no problem

Pic from last year showing my only equipment, current orbit led, two 165watt blackbox led, jebao rw-8 and 200 watt heater....... And most important good husbandry

Here is rsm 250. . I run nothing but an aftermarket skimmer in the bank of tank. Super easy tank and the livestock thrives.

Thinking about setting up a sumplees 10 gallon as a frag tank. What kind of filtration should I use? I have a hob filter and a skimmer.

My first tank, 7 gallon minibow back in 2003. Just an aquaclear powerfilter.

Then upgraded to 72 gallon bowfront. This one had a hob remora skimmer and two canister filters.

Nice tanks -- I'd be interested in an explanation of the equipment and maintenance routines.

I'm going to setup an SPS dominant 20 gallon tank w/out a sump shortly as well.
