i want to purchase an temp controller but need advice to which one to buy. i would need a dual stage one, one for my heater and the other one for a fan that i have blowing in my sump (maybe later i`ll get a chiller but for now the fan works good) can you pls tell me which one you use.

The 3 that are out there all perform well: Ranco, Aqualogic & Medusa. Medusa would be the pricier one of the 3.
Try to find an original Reefkeeper and you can also monitor your temps, control your lights, heaters, chiller, fans.
Since the introduction of their 2nd version (RKII), most owners are selling their original versions anywhere from $100 to $150 which is cheaper than the Medusa and right in par with the Ranco or Aqualogic temp controllers.

Let me know if you come across one, I need something to replace the timers in my FOWLR. I heard the cool looking blue LED will hypnotize you into thinking its a better controller.
