Why is my rbta doing this

if you have halides over that bad boy it's probably getting enough light. like you said if your halides turned off it's probably reaching for another source of light

Looks healthy to me, just reaching out for more light. Not sure what you are running but under power compacts they usually reach out for light. From my experience it doesn't stop them from growing
