CJ - what exactly are you looking for when you say maintenance software??
Not sure if this is what you mean,but...I found a program called "Aquarium Manager" on the web. It's a nice program where you can enter your testing results, (calc, alk, nitrate, etc) along with othere things. It has features to graph your results and let you know when you are out of recommended parameter ranges.
Not to knock the program, it is good, but it is basically just a spreadsheet. I thought it would be neat to use, but each time I perform any tests, add any creatures, do a water change, etc. I write the results in a notebook. I guess I've been doing this long enough to know when I have a problem without having to look at charts, graphs etc.
I guess some people are low-tech, some are high-tech!!!
