Hey guys so Ive been speaking with the cadlights guys because I will be moving and need to go with a smaller setup.
Today they released their new 35G setup. Im really lovin the design of these tanks but wondered what you guys think. One of my biggest concerns is the heat buildup from the lights without using a chiller on the system. Im sure some of u guys have the 25g setup with metal halides so I was wondering how u guys are doing it?
Any ideas and opinions on cadlights and their new tank and products overall is welcome here.

Looks like a very nice setup. It looks very clean and streamline. I would mount a fan to blow actoss the top of the tank in order to help cool off the system. You could also hook it up to a controller so the fan turns on and off depending on temperature. Price is a bit steep don't you think?

I dont think the price is too bad maybe a little high but that all depends on the quality of the system. Im still thinking about the whole heat issue, I would really prefer a T5 system considering I am not really interested in SPS corals for this tank

I just saw the 35g today and it looks great. the xtra gallons diffrent from the 25g (the one I have) it makes the tank taller. it uses the same lighting system. for now i use a small fan made by AQUATEK and my temp. is just fine, but it is winter. I may have to invest in a chiller soon. Here are some pics. I am very happy with my tank. good luck. I threw in a pic of my new coral.
