All your baffles permit water flow through the top. Baffles should be designed in an alternating pattern: that is, first one should allow water to pass over the baffle, and second below, etc. (the more baffles, the less bubbles). Since you have the room, I would use 3 baffles in the last compartment in a top/bottom/top config.* Keep in mind that bubbles rise to the top. Stand-alone bottom-pass baffles are more effective then top-pass baffles.
