Need Help Drilling

My friend bought marrones 58 gal oceanic tank and he had an overflo (hob)and i can't get it to drain properly. Personally i can't stand HOB's so i would like to know if anyone is availible that can drill the tank as soon as possible. he live's in the Bronx. Also how can i find out if the glass is Tempered or wether it can be drilled

Is drrilling a tank hard. this tank is 3/8 thick. does anyone have a bit i can borrow to try and attemp to drill this tank please let me know asap

I think so. it should be diamond tip drill bit. I may be wrong.

Think HD has them along with lowes. I would say bring it to a glass place if you never done it before and let them drill it. Last thing you want is accidentally cracking the glass because you drilled it too fast or put too much pressure.

I think HD or Lowes only carries the Rotozip or Dremel diamond bits -

The core bits I don't think they carry, but I could be wrong.
