Frag Swap Freebie Table

I had this idea for the swap, inspired by chiefs free thread in the forsale forum.

one man's garbage is another man's treasure, right?

So what if we had an area at the swap were we could trade our reef junk that we no longer need or is just taking up space.

I had two ideas for this, one everyone places stuff in an area and what ever is there is listed for a dollar and all the proceeds goes to the site.

or the other idea is that if you leave an item you can take an item, like the penny trays in 7-11's

so what do you all think? good, bad ?

if there's positive response here we can set it up.
"Devious" will be in charge ( I nominate him to volunteer for everything)

I think thats a great idea! I have a whole closet of stuff that I refuse to sell because its either dirty or broken, but I'm sure someone would want the parts or for a refurb project.

and if nobody wants it, it should be available for free in the last 30 minutes or an hour to avoid the junk yard. I hate to see things get thrown out

I think it's great. We all keep things around we don't need but can't sell. So i am sure people will look for these items to do whatever they have in mind.

Like Randy said, people need to assume that all items will be thrown away at the end of the event, although I assume someone will take most of it themselves.
