Hey Tony, what do you mean out of the hobbie? Is that the "aquarium assembling" hobbie or the reef aquarium hobbie?
How is that awesome tank doing? Major changes/problems?

Thanks everyone, it's good to be back.I'm currently working on a 120 gallon tank and i'm keeping it simple.

Adamas, yes, Bryopsis the beast algae, Rowaphos killed it but be carefull with this stuff, it's potent.

Shavo, thanks for the a+ and yes it's all my design.

they dont come with instructions, but you want the booster pump to be installed in between the first filter 5 micron and the second filter/ carbon block. these pumps are well worth the money . my water pressure is 40 psi and after installing the booster pump it jumps up to about 85psi and i finally get 100 gpd of ro water, i would say i could fill my 100 gallon rubbermaid stock tank up in about20 hours for water changes etc etc. the booster pump should come with two rubber inserts, one one each side of the pump inlet's, what you do is cut the ends of of the insert's onlt aqbout 1/8 and insert the ro tubing into the rubber insert's and then insert them into the pump, it mite leak for a second but it will seal itself rite away, mine did anyway , and you should be good to go. as far as copying the setup, please do, im hear to share my idea's . :)

Hi tony, Long thread you got here. I have as well the same RO/DI unit, only thing is that where I moved some three years ago too, I found that I had to add a fifth stage to it, another HI-S.
