Hey,
New to this Forum and just sayin Hi to all of you, I am in the middle of the big jump from my 75 to a 125. Getting my local stores fighten and using the internet to Ref it all.
Gonna get a 125 Reef Ready with overflows in the corners for hopefully 450 or less with plumbing Looking at a new ASM g3 for 250, and a Icecap 660 with 6 t12 sockets for 100, no harness tho on this used item. How are they repairable if broken, says right on the ballast repairable!? Going to try 2 250 mh from ebay for 140 each. Found some Hydro companies powerheads rated at 800gph for some flow, 40 each or so. Its a project my wife is finally worming up to so wish me luck and all advice is welcome, even the crappy stuff too!! :argue:
O yeah and I dont use spell check to often...

Hello All,
Crox the name of the Ebay store you'll want to check out, High Tech Garden Supply. I am going to get two of there 400w retro mh kits and wire into my hood. (That ill build soon) Picked up a used Icecap 660 and got 2 x 6ft Super Actnic bulbs and guts for 190. (New Bulbs) Won a ASM g3 on ebay for 185, looked realy clean. Hey what are you guys opions on running a sand bed in my sump? I am converting my 55 into the sump for a 125 or possibly 150. About the flow comment I bought two Hydor powerheads rated at 1200 gph each!? Got the cool little round ones, beats the Tunze Nanos at at 2/3 the price. I'm thinking that should allow for enough flow, that plus the return from the sump. Thanx to all the welcomes I appreciate it. I'll post picts of my 75 soon, and the new one when its up....
