My own experience with Amex has been that they immediately reversed charges and leave it to the vendor to prove their case.

VISA Debit cards have exactly the same chargeback benefits as Visa Credit cards,, the only difference is the attitude & policies of the issuing bank.

It is very important for others to know who is not worth dealing with. This will help them to either change their ways, or go out of business. Benefits everyone else in the hobby, as well as the animals themselves.

I think Rich is going to wait until he speaks with the owner tomorrow. It's a wholesaler who likely doesn't do business with hobbyists, to retailers/resellers only.

I'd be curious to know if elpescado has dealt with this outfit before, too.
