I didn't mean to imply that the person said it was "unhealthy" beacsue he didn't say that.
What i said was that Lienoic Acid wasn't present in marine algae..but we all know that tangs do not only eat algae in the wild. They can get their Lienoic Acid from other sources i.e. Microfauna, plankton layer, etc.
However in our closed systems they don;t have access to most of them. Which is why we supplement with vitamins i.e Selcon and Zoe. i was just pointing out alternatices to that....
