Surprised no one mentioned Axl Rose. Someone mentioned on the board here a while back that he had a kick ass reef tank.

It isn't just celebrities that go the interior designer/maintenance company route. This is what I did for my tank because I just don't have the time to fully look after it and I travel a bit. I still take the time to read and learn about them and consider myself fairly knowledgeable and if there was any problems I could sort them out myself without needing to call the mainenance company to come and do it for me. I just would rather spend time looking at my tank than playing with it.

I maintained Mr. T's aquarium for several years. Great guy, very funny and always full of energy. Never once saw him without chains and Adidas. Found a great way to keep from losing the house key.

Didn't he have a bout with cancer? How is he doing...any idea?

He did survive cancer. He's a very strong and healthy man. I don't know where he's living now. He sold his place in Lake Forest, IL years ago. At the time he had several homes in LA, Chicago and I think NYC. He might be in the UK now where he has done some stage acting.

A very personable and humorous man. His appearance on Saturday Night Live is a classic.
