Try discussing anything you'd want in this forum, or better yet the Nano Reefs forum. We could start a thread for discussion, but I think it's better to have multiple specific threads then a single 50 page thread :) After all, this is going to be a year long contest!

Hi guys I just wanted to let you all know that something came up and I really don't have time to make a new tank now. Figured I would say something since I originally was going to do it.

Good luck!!!!

Man Laura that stinks, I was hoping for more girl/female participation. Give these boys a run for their money.

Laura,

Aim for a low upkeep, simple system ;) We're looking for a diversity of ideas anyhow, so someone's gonna fill that niche 8)

I really want someone to do a DSB with mangroves and upside down jellyfish tank. Throw in a dry spot and put in some mudskippers. Maybe a pair of banggai cardinals. You'd win the originality contest ;)

Matt - I was playing around with that idea but I wanted to do a paludarium type tank. Mangroves would take too long to grow prop roots for purpose of the contest methinks.

 Actually I am planning something similar to that, a Florida Biotope with seahorses.
