Looks great! I haven't seen drain lines entering the sump with slotted pipes like that before. I'd be interested to know how it works for you. If your standpipes have a flushing problem when you fire up the system I'd suggest the loops in the flex pipe as prime canidates for the cause. Any loops/dips in the line tend to build up air and the flushing effect is the purging of the air which causes the typical burping of large bubbles in the sump. Best to prevent air from building up in the first place.

G'Luck with the tank.

How are the Banggai doing?

Well, the Cards that are in the nano are eating well, and seem to be fine thanks to you! I can only find 5 in the 120 today but that's to be expected :(.

It is the quietest sump I've ever heard, those standpipes do the job! The noticeable noise now is the Skimmer.

Here's a pic today, haven't aquascaped or anything yet and just got the lights ghetto'd up. I've got another 45 lbs of rock downstairs in a dark tank cooking off some caulerpa, which I'll add this weekend and make everything pretty.

Oh, maybe that's why mine is constantly flushes no matter how I try to adjust it. The tubing on my house tank was extra long and actually spirals around once before entering the sump.
