wow. how in the hell you gonna get that thing on top of the stand?

Ok.. you asked for it... so here it is. A new and unique tank lifting approach, to try to minimize any heavy duty lifting. Although I had a few heavy lifters on hand in case of emergency.

We used an airbag to lift the tank. Here are the pics...

Tank sitting in front of stand... being readied for the lift

Up she goes...

higher... look ma no hands and no heavy lifting

tanklift-4.gif

Push off the crate onto stand

Finally... on the stand !

tanklift-6.gif

Completeing the framing....

Now the real fun begins...

I am the controller.. the lord and master of the tank     The house is just to keep the wife occupied and looking away from the tank and goings in the basement.. while we rip out walls and doors to make room for the tank.

Hey, Sanjay, sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think a single lumenarc will cut it. But you're the lighting expert.

;)

I understand that sentiment about the wife all to well.
Mine has recieved two sets of furniture (up and down stairs) and a new washer and dryer. All for a simple tank build. Jeese. :P

Len, The Lumenarc!!!
