Yes, Sanjay has tested them and they appear to be about the highest output 175 watt lamp in the hobby (when run on electronic ballasts).

I got a 4' Hamilton 175W MH fixture for free from the guy I got the 210G from. I plan to buy a lumenarc or two and use the ballast for a prop tank. I'm really intrigued and plan to try the Iwasaki 14/15K out. Thanks guys!

BTW, would you guys know what type of ballast would run that hamilton fixture? I know it says M57 on it but I don't know if it'd just be hamilton ballast. (I was trying to compare bulbs on Sanjay's website)

sorry, i have had a crazy few months

hi, the skimmer is OK, had a rough time finding good pumps. i am on my third set of pumps. myy ER 8-2 is doing the work

my light took a dump, so i parted it to the local reef club. i went thru a good cycle. i sold all my frags for the winter, so i really dont have to heat the thing.

i am in the process of getting some lights. i am looking at mounting a couple coralife 150w DE's so i can play with the height

So, the AquaEuro is a no go? I've been keeping up with the pump issue for a while but I thought it was straightened out. I had considered getting a 400 and just siliconing or epoxying the backs really well even before I put it in the tank. Is it worth it?

i think most people have the pump issue resolved. the skimmer works great. i have just had bad luck with the pumps. if the next batch doesnt work. i might just sell the thing
