I’ve been informed that the family knows and now we here at R2R are able to mourn together the tragic news that the reefing community has lost Jake Adams of ReefBuilders. I’m at a loss for words as Jake was a very good friend to my family and the R2R community. I had tremendous respect for him...

Can’t believe I’m saying this , but RIP Jake Adams. He was an asset to the reefing community. Got so many knowledge from his videos and really enjoyed his videos.

What a disgrace what some people are doing youtube making it look like Jake was killed in car accident. Someone had same name died in motorcycle in 2021, Someone said Jake was on his way to Bali and suffer Heart Attack... Jack had so much passion for our hobby. RIP....

I am sickened since hearing of this the day he passed. Jake was truly knowledgeable in the hobby and a wealth of information. He will be sourly missed.

Still can't believe Jake Adams is gone. He built an amazing career out of teaching proper coral identification, his channel and of course the Reef Therapy podcast, which I will probably miss most of all. Jake will be missed for many years to come.
