Why was "Site Down" thread closed?

I'm just curious - why was this thread closed? Did someone decide the subject of the site being down is not to be discussed here? I don't get it.

I did it, was an accident reopened it. I was working on another thread and closed that one by accident.

It wasn't moved, it was actually closed. And the last person to post in it at the time was a mod. I guess it's been re-opened it since.

We take all technical issues very seriously and do not try and hide them whatsoever. It sounds like this was just a mixup as we generally try to have only one "site issue" thread open at one time.
