This is simply amazing. This technology can almost save the world. The principals this guys stands for seems almost saint like, almost like he came to save the world in just the nick of time. I hope this technology doesnt get buried within the nonsense of the government today.

Well I wouldn't be so quick to think this will end the use of petroleum. How are the radio frequencies generated? I assume with electricity which is generated by either coal, hydro or nuclear power. So you will need to burn coal to generate RFs so you can burn saltwater to generate heat. Why not just burn the coal for the heat?
This is the same thing that is holding back hydrogen fuel cell technology.
