They look like red Flatworms to me also. If i were you, I would suck as many up as possible with either a turkey baster or some rigid airline attached to flexible airline with a filter net attached to the end then take the FW's (if indeed thats what they are) and put them in a cup of hot tapwater. then stir it around for a minute or two. If they are FW's they will disolve and if you have enough of them they will stink to high heaven.

I was PLAGUED and I do mean plagued with them about a year ago. I upped the flow in my tank and within 2 weeks they were gone, never to be seen again. My tank is only 30 gallons so it was easy to get enough flow to erradicate them.

I would love to say I knew this would happen by adding flow but it was just coincidental as I wanted more movement in my tank. Anthony Calfo just did a seminar at Something Fishy in Allentown Pa. and from what i've read on their forum he discussed using flow to erradicate them.

Whatever you do, if they are FW's act quickly as they will overtake your tank in a matter of weeks (from experience).

ea i got them three month ago....
the way i dealt with it...
1 got 2 scooter blennys and let them feast for a week. they actually cleared up the whole tank to the point that i was not able to see the flatworms for days... but i knew pest is there ...
2 so i got the flatworm exit and something went wrong....ii think i overdose because tank was almost without dead FW , maybe 20-30 first 15 minutes ...i did everything afterwards : carbon, water change .
result
no flatworms for 3 month,
both blennys never seen them after the treatment
all LPS was affected from minor to a few colonies lost
not even single zoa affected . all happy next day

You Guys are on the money,

yup, their flatworms, i sucked about 40 of them off my flower pot coral with a rigid airline last night into a bucket, then poured some hot tap water in the bucket and they dissolved. will hit my 90 gal tank today and wait to recieve flatworm exit. are thry hard to suck off mushrooms? I didn't try yet. I don't want to destroy the mushrooms, or should i just wait to get the flatworm exit.

Thanks for all the help / info

Turn off everything except the powerheads and return pump when using flatworm exit, let it run for at least an hour or two and then restart your tank with fresh carbon to remove the residual flatworm exit. The next day make sure to either clean or get rid of your filter socks. You'll have some dead and weak ones in there you don't want them reintroduced.
