This month seems to be the month of disasters for a lot of people here..
who's tank cracked, sprung a leak...you name it.
heres mine, minor but still a problem..
On my return it kind of looks like a W with a twist I'll post a pic in my gallery if I don't have one already.. I have a vent pipe in the rear of it, something like a stack, the water only gos up about 2~3 inches past the T and the joint is leaking (small but I lost a few gallons over the past few days) I turned off my return pump and dried off the connector and put a good coat (but not to much) of PVC glue around it... how long do you think I should wait before I turn my pump back on? I know the glue drys fast but I'm not sure how fast. I'm going to change stands soon within a month so I'll probably make a new overflow so I don't have to deal with this again. I didn't use primer on this one and thats something I normally don't do, So it only needs to last a month or less...I need to get the new stand out of my garage...
Any ideas?
Thanks!
