How the frag swap works

Can someone explain this. does everyone meet up at barnes and nobles with a bunch of frags and swop?. Where do these swops take place?

THe spring swap is at Pratt in Brooklyn. Some vendors from MR and some not come and sell items like corals and fish and dry goods. Members as well bring frags of corals to sell or trade with other members. There are lectures and tours of the Pratt tanks as well. Somewhere in there food is available. Also there is an auction and a raffle hope that explains enough.
