I think the scientific name is Zoanthid Dibs-icus.

Possibly Eye of Rah, also looks like Blue Ice. All look the same as far as I can tell.

Hard to go by pics or to use ZoaId.com as a bible. It will state bulbs used & camera setting on every pic.

& as usually mentioned....camera settings, lighting, tank parameters, etc. will change the same exact zoa.
