Reefcrystals, TM, TMPC, Coralife, IO, Seachem......I see no difference in my tank/previous tanks other than different cal, alk , and mg levels.

IMO, As long as the salt isn't extraordinarily high in a toxic mineral or high in phosphates I don't think anyone will see a real difference from salt alone. There are many great tanks using all the major brands of salts.

I along with a few other members switched to Coral Life salt and immediately noticed a difference in PO4 and a significant drop in algae. Good stuff!

There was a thread on this a while back and someone posted all the salts and broke it down to calc,alk,po4 and all the levels.Reef crystals will only give you 300mg or less of calcium while others gave more.To each it's own.
