hey fellas ive been off here for a while and now for some reason i cannot go to chat rooms.the room comes up but it stays loading.can u guys help

Works fine for me, what browser are you using? I'm using FoxFace 3.0.1.

You should be able to access it from the Home page.

Try going to the Home page and accessing it that way. It's towards the bottom of the page.

Click on the Home button on top of the page.

on top left corner of your browser?
if so try :

tools(top left) of a web page
select internet options
security (top 2nd tab)
custom level
reset
yes
reopen browser

What browser are you using? Internet explorer or firefox?

Reefman gave you IE directions if you have Firefox click on tools in the toolbar, then click on options, click on the content thread and then check off the Java and the javascript to enable them and then click on ok.
