I purchase aqua proxy a while ago in home depot but i dont quite remember the name of it. Its green on the outside and white in the inside and it comes in a small tube. I went to homedepot and told them what i was looking for and them dopes didnt know what I was talking about. Does anyone know the name of the proxy i am referring to?
Great thanks in advance.

I assume you mean epoxy, not proxy? As in the stuff you kneed and then use as a glue to stick down frags and rocks?

There's many different brands out there, I know Boston Aqua makes one called Colored Reef Epoxy Putty that has a color similar to coralline algae

Any LFS that sells frags will most likely carry one of the brands, just ask for epoxy putty. Not sure which one Home Depot sells. But it will still be labeled epoxy putty
