i've fallen asleep standing up on a flight deck, during flight ops, with 6 tie down chains over my shoulders (used to hold planes down to the flight deck).

also in a bathtub while getting freezing cold water poured over me, but being drunk doesn't count.

so far I'd say Jose wins by far, how do you beat falling asleep with jets landing and taking off right in front of you? :shocked1:

Passing out drunk...too many to count. I am ashamed to say. The only time I ever fell asleep from exhaustion was after a two week survival training course in the winter time in the Alps. I was assigned to guard duty. Guarding an American ammo depot. I woke up dellirious to some noise in the bushes. Turned on the flashlight - freaked the hell out cause I saw a whole bunch of eyes staring at me. Pulled out my rifle and unloaded the magazine...... Well, turns out they were a herd of cows. I still feel bad. :shocked1: :irked:
