HELP! HELP! What the #$#%^ happened

100% over thighening ,,or too much teflon on the threads ,,

oh yeah forgot one thing ,when you put on the teflon .you should only rap it arond the threads 6 to 7 times no more than that ,also ,only thighten the fitting about 4 threads up or 5 ,hope it helps you
