any superglue gel and at lowe's , you can buy a ten pack at a relative low cost per tube.

any super glue gel will work. brand doesn't really matter.
So the gel formula of that brand will work.

Sorry for the dumb question but I can use the liquid version or does it have to be a gel?

liquid runs...gel is more fuller

I've done alot of glueing and found that any cheap superglue gel works but nothing works under water like permatex (loctite) super glue and crazyglue gel.
You must first put some glue on your finger tip and smear it onto the rock under water that you will be glueing the frag to then you put glue on the frag stick it into the tank as fast as you can make contact with the smeared glue and make a circular motion with the frag for about 15 seconds hold it there for a half a minute and youre done

i find that IC gel is pretty good. but when i run out i go straight to home depot and pick up 5.49$ loctitie gel.. small blue tube blue package. works just as good as IC gel.. to apply it is pretty much exactly like emmanuel said.. rotation till it starts to get tough.. then hold for 15 seconds.. 30 for people with patience.
