Next some inverts. The first is a bucket of mussel colonies. IMPORTANT! It looks like the mussels have some small anemones, possibly aptaisia. These SHOULD not be kept in your main tank. Also, some snails, crabs, and hermits in a bucket.

Very cool stuff! I've collected some glass shrimp about a month ago and they are reefsafe. They are really great scavengers and hardly any flakes are left after a feeding. I never tried the crabs but if you have a fuge, I don't think it'lll be a problem. Thanks for the pictures!

The glass shrim's is cool. I have a collected shrim for 4 month now. I have got some harmit crabs from J. Bay and they are still walking around the tank. They do not eat algae or climbs rocks, just stays at the bottom. you will not find any reef safe fish in J. bay for that you might want to go out to long Island. I have seen some colorful fish last year while photographing local birds but could not catch them.

I must warn you most of the local fish has traces of toxins, PCB and other man made chemicals. So add them or feed them at your own risk.
