RR Bulkhead question

Okay so I got the AGA 90G RR tank and the overflow kit. My only problem is this. The ends on the bulkhead are barbed. I do not believe a regular PVC pipe will fit over these barbed threads. Any suggestions on what to do and can regular PVC be used in this scenario? I have included a pic of the barbs for easier understanding.

you need vinyl hose and hose clamps. You'll need a hosebarb to male threads, a female thread to slip coupling and a short piece of hose to get that hosebarb to pvc pipe.

Or you could just get a regular slip bulkhead.

Are these normally what come in the overflow kit? I was hoping to just have a slip bulkhead =[

You can only use soft tubing over the barbed ends.If you want you can change the bulkhead and then use pvc.Good luck........

Okay so the real question is. Does someone wanna come over and help me connect this thing so You dont hear me complaining next week that I sprung a leak in my house and have water on my living room floor?

if that's a 1" bulkhead i'll buy it from you, or i could order the one you want and trade with you (but i wont be ordering 'til late next week).if it's a 2" bulkhead we can trade i have the one you need.
