Flying with frags...

I would think that the x-ray wouldn't do much damage, can't believe they're using a machine that would be that dangerous, specially with all those people around.

Has anyone had any exprecience with this.

you have a 50/50 chance of making it through the gate with coral.

it depends on who's checking your bag, and what kind of mood they are in.

read the storys on RC before you spend money on frags you might not be allowed to board with. if it does not work you can't say I did not tell you so :headache:

Good luck getting them back- it all comes down to luck I think... my friend recently brought back two baby turtles from FL that he put in a McDonalds bag and made it through with them.

also, call your carrier ahead of time and make sure it is ok to fly with it. there should be no problem, as long as it is not illegal to import it to the states you stop in. i flew to alaska with a bunch of plants for my mom. i had to fly to certain states for it to be ok.

I figured that I have meat in some food and the frags will show up as a biological thing and will pass for food.

good for you inkblue ,you have finally become a reef addict ,now you need to go to Reef rehab ,it a long process but it doesnt help ,you have gone beyond help ,save your money you are going to need it all for your frag ,lol
