It looks like there are polyps in it but its hard to tell. Me and my bad eyes.

I got it yesterday and it still has a bluish hue so I'm not sure if to turn it into rubble or leave it in the tank....

in person it is blueish white. but you can see a real blue hue to it. and i also felt it sliming when we were moving them around in the tank. but that could have also been from all the slime that the others were putting out lol

I can see other polyps in that picture, so its not dead, yet.

Is it attached to a rock? You may want to move it a little so the current direction for growth is more aligned with the tank. Right now it is using a lot of energy to change its orientation to grow towards the light. Do you know what I mean? You should look at another healthy colony to see the angles and direction that it follows.

You may want to do this a little sooner rather than later since it looks to be near very white. What kind of lighting is this under?
