my first attack to the problem is preparing the biotope, it's gonna be the hawaii theme through the surge areas. im thinking a mag 7 and a tunze pointing in one direction of the 125. then im gonna add some rock work at the end where the flow ends, that or i work with PVC which isnt really natural lol. dissolved oxygen is going to be at 7 PPM which is around 76 degrees or a bit lower, im thinking SG will be around 1.019 for higher D o2. http://www.algone.com/oxygen.htm
average flow should be arouind 3000GPH the mag 7 for velocity while the tunze is for a rush.

im going to feed my internal medication to these fish first, hex and metrodazole. 2nd day i will start the feeding process, where i will treat with pipzine in the food, with garlic extreme and selcon.

moorish tank will be treated same way but seperated systems, i want the achilles and moorish to be a speices tank. therefore with their own they wont be as scared.

what I'm worried about is medicating the fish right off the bat.
why not observe them first and get them eating with that great food you make.
since they will be FO tanks you can always medicate them if they do display signs of parasites. imo I would not medicate them until you see something is wrong with them.

im afraid they carry parasites with them internally, which eats them inside out, also you dont know what dieases were in the wholesale tanks. im using antibiotics, what you said is very true, but dont you think medication would work better when fish is stronger? when they are sick might be to late for medication to work? i look at this stuff like how humans do so in the medical feild. when someone has treatable tumors and treatable deadly dieases, you dont wait till you get sicker eh? but then like you said there is a chance they might be clean and i would be medicating them while they are heathy which makes them go unheathy heh, but after reading so many diease problems i rather work on the fishes before it's to late ^^ better safe then sorry
