Just piced up a 120 Tech tank for a fall project. Swaping everthing from my 105 60*18*21. Not sure what im doing filter wise I have a 50 Gal sump and a 25 gal CPR Fuge laying around. Also was thinking of hooking up my huge PM bullet 2 skimmer up to it. For lighting i have a 48 inch 2 250 fixture that i got from ebay but thinking of going with pendents know not exactly sure. I have months to plan as im not going to do the swap till Oct Nov

Looking at your diagram you have your mixing bin water going to your sump. Is that what you're using for your evaporation topoff?

Im thinking of a way i can use one pump for the mixing and auto top off bin with a couple of valves and a external pump. These are all ruff plan.

One thing that im looking at is in the diagram im using a 50 gal sump there, but i think im going to need to go with a 75 or bigger. Cause there will only be about 10 gallons of space left for any over flow when the power goes out.

No the pick is of both walls in the room so the left chiller is the front and the one in the diagram on the right is the same one but would be the side shot. BIG IS BETTER

So I picked up my old 75 sump that never got used and my old blue line 100 pump for the return. Also picked up a MRC calcium reactor, and a 250 MH Pendent with a 14k phoenix bulb and an old Ice cap ballast which will be used on the frag tank instead of the 400 watt ones i had in the diagram.

Changed around some stuff add a CA reactor and upgraded to a 75 gal sump. I got rid of the 400 SE and going to use 250 DE. New pics dont include the frag tank, ro and water holding tank cause they will not change. First pic is the top view of the two shelf's that will hold the sump and equipment 2nd pic is the front shot with the tubes.

Hard to tell whats going on in there but I add the second shelf so that I can have the skimmer and media reactors out side the tank for more sump room. Also add a manifold to split the return for the carbon reactor, GFO, Chiller, and frag tank. Also raised the chiller off the floor to cut out on the 2.5 ft loose in head height from the first design.

Any suggest would be great
