Has anyone had any experience with them? I went to fishtown looking to purchase a clean up crew for my tank but asside from some peppermint crabs, nass snails and tiny turbo snails, this was all they had. So i bought them and they seem to be doing a good job of eating my algae but i was wondering if anyone has had any other experience with them. Also, the guy told me that i had to have some empty shells lying around for them so that when they get big, they can change the shells. Anyone have any good ideas on where to get these shells? fishtown didn't have any.

I had both once before, They are great to watch changing from one shell to another. they have very small bodies and climb out of one shell and into another. But they are very vulnerable to predatory fish if caught without their shell. They also love to eat corals so beware!

They were 6 for 8 bucks i think... around there. not too much and no, they don't clean the glass. I think i have to get some snails for that. and i haven't had any problem with them eating my corals yet
