What is this?

I have these really small things growing on my glass in my tank. They are about the size of copepods maybe a little bigger (and by bigger i mean a millionth of a centimeter) and they look sort of like starfish. except som look like they have 10 legs. They are clear/white :banghead:. are they starfish :thrash: or are they some horrible parasite that i should get rid off :grumpy: . btw- they are way too hard to get a pic of!

naw man.......much smaller than that..i think they are Cladonema...i wanna know is theyll harm my corals
