Fish are dying

Ok folks.... so here's where im at Ph: 8.4, nitrate: 0, nitrite: .05, alk is high but has been since tanks inception, ammonia: 0.

a week ago, 1 fish was close to the bottom trouble breathing... read some blogs got further aeration... he died.

3 days later another died,

2 days later 1 more died.

I can not figure out as to why.... tank has been up for 2 months. Had an ich outbreak 3 weeks ago and survived beautifully.

I have a 92g corner, sump with bioballs, just removed chemipure bags.

What fish are dieing and what exactly do you have living in the tank?

What is the salinity and what level is the alk at? Also, temperature?

When you say they had trouble breathing, exactly what was he doing? was it breathing very fast or very slow? Did it die with it's mouth wide open, did it swim around in circles or in a jerky manner? Did they all die the same way?
