what is the best 20,000 single ended bulb

i have a 250 watt pendent w/icecap ballist need to know what is the best single ended bulb to use

If you want to step down to a lower K, the pheonix SE 14k has that blue 20k look, gives great color and growth.

I have to agree with both points... In my experiences there's nothing better then a Radium 20k bulb but it would depend on the ballast your using it with.
On a Pfo HQI ballast over driving the bulb its incredible.But you will only get 6 to 8 months depending on your light cycle....
I also agree with Randy. I'm running a 20k Radium on an IceCap ballast a it Looks Horrible.. TOO Blue and not bright enough.

I'm loving the 20k DE Ice Cap Bulbs on my main display though on ice Cap ballast

I like the growth from a reeflux 20k 400 watt.. I think it's had the best growth, and the color is overly blue...

I am using a Icecap 250 watt ballist and a pendent

Are you sure it is not the ballast? I have an old IC 250 MH that is making my Ushio 14k look the same way. I've swapped out several lamps that I know are good, so it is not a bulb issue in my case.

Borrow another bulb you know lights correctly and screw it in. If it looks similarly bad it is the ballast. Alternatively, take the questionable bulb to someone with a 250w set up and screw it in. If it looks good , you know it is the ballast, if it still looks bad it is the bulb.

Keyword 400w. Reeflux 20k 250w sucks horribly...400w is a whole other beast all together...
