Refugium lighting

Can anybody tell me what the lighting requirements for a refugium are?

i use a home depot reflector with a 75w CFL 5000k bulb

I use a Coralife 30" T5 6500K plant bulb.

CF Flood light -6500k here

currently using a HD LOA 100 watt 6500k ..so strong I'm able to keep SPS frags under it and the chaeto is growing like crazy.
