What came out of my live rock?

I noticed today a little i think 5 legged looking starfish or something? it was black with a round ball body and i think 5 legs? Is it a type of starfish let me know?

It's a brittle star probably bro! Is it dark grey or super white? And what size?

yea its a brittle star i thought it was black could be wrong its about the size of a nickle. they good in the tank? and will it get eaten by fish?

it is a good thing done worrie, means your rock is good and healthy and your tnak is showing signes of life which is even better

+1 to what Anthony27 said, they clean the sand and eat alot of the crap in the tank, i love seeing them, they mean your tank is doing great so far! =D
