I, myself live on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and I would never have a tank more than 120gals. The damage itself will cost you $$$ and building owners will sue you for all the damage. Not worth the risk IMO. Larger tanks are made for the basements and 1st fl. Just my 2 cents.
