good deal but what kind of fish is it?

i bought this fish for 35 with the purchase of $300 of coral in a lfs in rockaway nj. i want to know what kind of fish is it?

its fully black with white and yellow on the tail and dorsal fins and outlined in blue. it a tang in speicies but dont know what its called. its not a powder brown tang but same body shape. i have a powder brown so i know its not a powder brown.

its a gold rim tang, the picture that aqua pro provided is infact it, the only thing is that on the edges of his fins are blue and glow bright under mh, 15k bulbs
