I just wanted to thank Thane for hooking us up at Play NY (http://www.play-ny.com/) with a great space, food and a lot of fun.

If you haven't been to Play, it is a huge space with a ton of fun activities. Tonight we took in some bowling, shot some pool, watched two MR members get drenched in sweat while playing Ping Pong, ate some tasty snacks, drank some super cocktails, and oggled some cute cocktail waitresses!

Play is a great place for a big group to hang out as there is so much to do in one space.

Thanks again to Thane for taking care of the MR crew!

Thane, i had a great time. Your place is incredible. What ever you do, don't let your Dj go.. I was a dj for many years and he's one of the best dj's i've heard play music in a long time.His music select as well as his mixing ability were extremely good. I could not help dance while i played whatever it was i was playing at the time and the girls were great eye candy..

Let me add my thanks to all for a great time.

Thane, sorry I missed meeting you -- they said you were there while I was bowling (with a bunch of great guys!), but when I asked where you were as I was leaving they said you'd left already. Thanks so much for your hospitality. The food was excellent. Ambiance very hip. Waitresses super. I wouldn't mind hanging out on a regular basis, unfortunately I'm a little beyond the prevailing age group and would stick out like a sore thumb!

Josh, thanks for letting me pick your brain on a variety of subjects. Been a FW aquarist for many years, and, really, am using the same methods and materials as I did 20 or 30 years ago; but the things you guys do, and the creatures you keep, is like another universe!!! I have a lot to learn.

And to my bowling buddies, just remember that I took a picture of the scoreboard! LOL

Looking forward to the next in-person get-together.
