Constant error message

I keep getting:

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 025643D3

I hit the back button on my browser and try a second and third time till it finally works.

Anybody else having this issue?

I get that sometimes and a lot of times I get a webpage timed out message, but only when I am running firefox.
