Im actually thinking of sending the pump first; not because of claims court or anything else... But Im about to also tell him to keep that $36.66...
And for those who wish to do business with this person, you can do so, I wont because if I can give you money up-front for the skimmer without knowing you, if I could send you $ again up-front for the 2 day shipping why cant the person send me my refund back... What when you met me I looked like a thief, did I look like someone who would get over on you, DID I LOOK LIKE A LOW LIFE... What happened here is a lack of trust over $36 bucks; whats that compared to what I have sent him...
What some people fail to see is that had I not tried to claim my money, the person could, and keep my money for shipping, the overcharge for the shipping, and get the mistaking pump to be shipped back at no expense to himself... Is that fair, is that right I dont know how anyone would say yes to that one... N yeah I dont trust him anymore because a person who thinks about someone getting over on him for 36 bucks when that person has sent you 10X that amount is crazy...
Vendors and people on this site use Paypal to ship things that cant be picked up at no cost to themselves, because of experiences in the past with a costumer who at the last minute backed out of a purchase, but how about the other side.... The costumer who Paypals but doesnt get thier product, or doesnt get the service they paid for... there are always two sides of the story and Im not one to say the costumer is always right... In this situation I never told him that he was wrong infact I tried to make him understand that the screw up came on his suppliers end... For the first mistake I was told I dont know what to tell you; N when he gave me the second tracking # I told him there might be a mistake but no I was just jumping the gun(this is what he told me)... Both times I was correct N still I told him talk to your supplier but I guess that wasnt what a paying costumer should do...
