Please do not jump the gun! The first tracking# is going to XXXXXXX to a member here.
The second# is yours I'm sure nothing is wrong with the tracking# As I had mention before the UPS is different in Canada. By the time you see the information the package is at your door.(Him)
After this is when we had some conversations via email that were very unprofessional on his part... N to show that Im not hiding my messages I will post this one were I finally lost my cool...

Duke you okay Listen Im starting to understand why XXXxxxx GOT AT YOU... What I am saying is that had I gave UpS money for 2day air under my name and the package took longer than that I would get my money back but since its under your name or your suppliers name I cant claim it...
I had put LoL but since you want to take it serious yeah now I do want my money back N it still doesnt even come out of your pocket because UpS refunds that because of there mistake; beside the fact that the shipping cost was hiked up by about $15... N I didnt even care...
As for buisness you would have had the pump if you would of not played crazy N forgot... But you have been a bit crazy with your lil email n stuff N I have been pretty cool about this so I think you should be a lil easy...
LMK when you get incontact with your supplier because he can get that money from UpS back and being that you wanna act crazy, I want my money...
OH N FYI at no time did say anything crazy on this message, this is straight buisness... So please dont become no internet thug LoL... You take it how you want it...

If the seller is reading this, feel free to let me know who you are via PM. I'd be happy to do business with you when I need something.
The only thing he and I would get out of small claims court is what we R trying to resolve right now... HE WOULD GET HIS PUMP N I WOULD GET MY MONEY... I think small claims court knows that he could get that money back N that it should be returned to me the same way the pump should be returned to him... The topic isnt should I give him the pump back but why cant he send me the money so that I can send him the pump...
And for who you do business with N who you want to Business with is on you...

can i ask a question ? i truelly dont like getting involved. not taking side either or. how long ago did the transaction start ? how long before it was resolved to point of you getting correct pump ? how long before in-correct pump ? one thing i will say is nothing like walking into a store.

and who is duke and n and p and q and so on ? my name is rick btw. seen you at the swap but didnt get a chance to stop and introduce myself.

The title of the thread is WHAT DO YOU THINK and I understand what Beer Guy N NYreef guy think... Dont think Im upset with your opnions Though I might of thought you guys had something invested in all of this...
As for the community PLEASE be sure that the person will get the pump back because I have no use for it nor will I sell it because thats not my style... Its a simple thread this PP and most of the transactions here R by word of mouth (A person says they will take it N it is put up as pending the person comes to pick it up or sometimes flakes out, With PP the person sends the money N the other ships it or holds it for the person) My point is that in both cases it is your word that put the whole transaction in motion... He told me He would send me the money I told him I would send him the pump, someone needs to go first N I cant understand why does it have to be me...
Ive told people N vendors here that I understand that people have done bad business in the past with them but thats not me, What I say I do.... Thats the way I am, way before this hobby way before this site N Im to old to change now...
Trust me I want to send him the pump just not out of my pocket....

That was the message I sent him... And it wasnt very professional... I think I remember that name tag on someone (rick) maybe next time...

Im actually thinking of sending the pump first; not because of claims court or anything else... But Im about to also tell him to keep that $36.66...
And for those who wish to do business with this person, you can do so, I wont because if I can give you money up-front for the skimmer without knowing you, if I could send you $ again up-front for the 2 day shipping why cant the person send me my refund back... What when you met me I looked like a thief, did I look like someone who would get over on you, DID I LOOK LIKE A LOW LIFE... What happened here is a lack of trust over $36 bucks; whats that compared to what I have sent him...
What some people fail to see is that had I not tried to claim my money, the person could, and keep my money for shipping, the overcharge for the shipping, and get the mistaking pump to be shipped back at no expense to himself... Is that fair, is that right I dont know how anyone would say yes to that one... N yeah I dont trust him anymore because a person who thinks about someone getting over on him for 36 bucks when that person has sent you 10X that amount is crazy...
Vendors and people on this site use Paypal to ship things that cant be picked up at no cost to themselves, because of experiences in the past with a costumer who at the last minute backed out of a purchase, but how about the other side.... The costumer who Paypals but doesnt get thier product, or doesnt get the service they paid for... there are always two sides of the story and Im not one to say the costumer is always right... In this situation I never told him that he was wrong infact I tried to make him understand that the screw up came on his suppliers end... For the first mistake I was told I dont know what to tell you; N when he gave me the second tracking # I told him there might be a mistake but no I was just jumping the gun(this is what he told me)... Both times I was correct N still I told him talk to your supplier but I guess that wasnt what a paying costumer should do...

I have to agree with beerfish that the seller has gone above and beyond by sending the pump in good faith because it is an expensive pump. Yes, the shipment didn't arrive in 2 days which isn't the seller fault, but it can be disputed with UPS. He already left himself exposed with a pump in your hands which isn't paid for, he doesn't want to be exposed missing a pump AND refunding you too. Trust is a 2 way thing. He trusted you to send the pump, you should return the favor by sending the pump, then he'll do his part and refund the 2 day shipping when UPS can validate the claim. Its one thing to ask to go above and beyond, but you shouldn't expect a vendor to bend over backwards.

This thread was titled with an opinion question and I stated mine above. Whatever else others may believe, I will not comment on this thread again... or it may get out of hand

I put it out to the community and got a few opnions, some were posted some were not... Just to put it out there the pump has been sent out... I will not follow up on my money the person has my PP info... The tracking# has been giving to the person...
I have no hard feelings against people that stated thier opnion...

I wish some other people had put up there post but I guess I understand why they didn't... I was made out to be the bad guy and hey you know what I'm okay with that but what I guess what Beer never understood is the emails nd the phone conversations...
But again I go back to saying when a person says something (gives his or her word) that's what they should do... I didn't want to send the pump because I didn't want to come out of pocket but to prove my point even further I did... What was told to me via email is that when the pump gets sent out I would get my refund... Not UpS this or UpS that for those who are going to want to start that one up again... Pump has been sent, correct tracking info has been giving, the package is moving... So now what happened to the refund the person said he would give me...
Remember this all was a business transaction not a favor... I didn't have suppliers info so I had to go through the person who sold it to me... The person did make money wether it was a little or a lot... If the shipping was overcharged it's ok I agreed to pay it, so as you all can see it was business... So why would the seller feel bothered when the buyer goes back to him when things go wrong...
But the real point of this point is he said when the pump gets mailed out I would get my refund... So what happened or do I need a tracking# for that too... Or maybe they're just waiting for the pump to reach it's destination to make sure I didn't put a 5lb rock in a box... The supplier and the seller will know that the pump didn't even touch the water...
