Sorry to read this Tobin. I just got an order from them yesterday ... Came in with no problems (not trying to rub salt on your wounds lol.) ... but glad to see they are sending you replacements, even though they are not the original ones you had wanted.

Only problem I ever had from a Liveaquaria order was a FED EX worker(s) that decided to play a game of baseball with my box. I had 1,000 Frags of a birdsnest.

Well. after 2 more very unsuccessful tries I'm giving up on ordering from them.. First no skin in a 50 degree bag of swamp mess, then Rtn across the middle of the corals in a bag of swamp again, then today was the final straw 50 degree water skin falling off.. I gave them instructions to place the heat packs next to the bags instead of 6" away at the top of the box with peanuts in between, and they placed it at the top again and to add insult to injury(lol) they sent a bigger box with the same amount of heat packs...1,, 1 freakin heat pack... I done with them.. Someone over there doesn't like me, and is laughing their ass off at my hardship,,lol..

I learned my lesson long ago, Never have sps shipped to you in cold weather, heat pack doesnt help much. Sps always come bleached, stressed out because of dropping temperature during transport. I would stop trying to get your replacement until weather gets warmer. GL.

Was the shipping company on the two different orders the same company? Did the knew stuff from cali come via the same shipper? Perhaps it is your local FEDEX/UPS/ETC that is leaving the packages in the cold to long?

As educator would prob say, there are variables here

Okay so they tell me I'll be refunded, but it will take another week.. LMFAO... Another efing week,,lol.. Never again.. I'll never order from them..
Their corals are brown... They take the pictures when they first come in and less than a day later they are browned out..
They have the nerve to have staffed vets that can't keep corals colored up or help out with the shipping process..
Every last coral came in looking like egg foo young in the bag,,lol..



Word to the wise... Don't order from them in the summer or the winter..

bob i feel u man i use to order from them all the time for fish though but coral from them is hell alway 1/2 dead when they come

If you order from Divers Den they come from Wisconsin and their packing is better than if your order get shipped from California.

Not true I ordered from DD and this was the outcome.. I also ordered from the guy I order from in California and still have the pieces from a week ago.. I don't know why california was able to come through with no probs..
