How about the ability to continue viewing the site while listening to "Afishionado" in the background? I know I don't want to sit staring at the page just to listen to jrobbins.lol No offense J., just would like to continue viewing & searching.
Right now the only way I can accomplish this is by having MR up on 2 different servers.:happysad:

I haven't read through the whole thread so this might have been covered because I've heard several people mention this, about PM's and Reefberry

Problems I have:

1. PM's- my sent message box still says 0 even though I've sent a lot. It would be nice to be able to check what I sent to someone.

2. Reefberry- sent messages sometimes take hours to days to go through and cause confusion!!

On the home page, a way to go to the last unread post or at least last page in a thread would be great. It always bugs me that I have to click on a thread, then the page if I'm not in an actual forum.

I almost always browse from the "latest topics" on the home page. If a lot of people look at the site the same way I do, you may also reduce your server load a bit.

how about make it easier to post random pictures instead of photobucket everything. i know you already have another way of doing it but i see alot of people who still get confused on how to upload stuff. maybe make it simpler. or at least be able to format the pictures into the http format instead of make to use photobucket or some other website.

Hahaha! love to hear that people are actually listening. you can also just download the episode from itunes (its free to sign up and you dont need an iphone or ipod to use it). then you can listen to the podcasts whenever you want to, and can even pause and come back to them.

+1 --I keep forgetting to check this box on PMs (pic below), can it be "checked" on by default?

I know it's called manhattan reef but a fresh water section pleaseeee ,lol but even if yah don't get to doing a part for fresh water,I still think it's the best sits for this hobby.

It would be great if we can re-access old reefberries. After you close it you can no longer get into the old ones so that you can RB the same person again, you have to go find their page first, also, from a phone you can not scroll in the RB's.

just open a new tab..if you are still using horrid internet explorer which last I checked did not give you the option to open a new tab get firefox @ mozilla.com much better browser and alot less viruses,spyware etc. you can open tons of tabs and save them hen you sign off for next time you come on. It also has tons of amazing features/plugins you can customize to your taste it's definitely the best browser out there.

That is my # 1 pet peeve about the site you can't keep track of what you say to who or if you already responded to that person. I'm sure the concern was space usage aka old sent messages sitting around in the outbox taking up extra gigs of memory on the server. I have the solution get more! lol just kidding well that's always an option but if anything you could do an automatic delete after a certain amount of time.a month ,2 whatever

Allow the little thread preview box to not time out while your mouse is over the thread. Most of the time i read the thread anyway, but i have to read threw all preview sometimes.

I had two ideas as of late.

1. Allow the first post of a thread to be editable for MUCH longer. If I have a long going tank thread, I'd love to be able to edit the first post to say "Hey, big update with pic on page 37!" or something like that...

2. Make it easier to respond to reef berries. If you close a reef berry, you have to search that person out to RB them back. Why can't their be a reply link in the reef berry pager message list.
